    About This Tool

The Daily Reminder keeps every repeating part of your day in one place: taking medications and vitamins on time, drinking enough water, exercising, reading, or any habit you want to keep up. Open today’s list, tick off whatever you have done, and see at a glance what is still left.

For each medication or habit you set a name, a time, and the weekdays it belongs to: every day, or only certain days such as Saturday and Tuesday. Turn on reminder notifications and a reminder arrives on your device right on each item’s time; tapping it opens today’s list.

Count glasses of water with a single tap and see how many are left to reach your daily goal. Set the goal to whatever number suits you, and every day you complete it adds to your streak of successful days.

Every night the list is fresh again for the new day, while your medications and habits stay as they are. There is no sign-up and no app to install, and your medication names and health data are never sent to any server.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up a pill reminder?
Type the medication name, pick its weekdays, and set the time. From then on it shows up in today’s list and you tick it off once you have taken it. Vitamins, supplements, and habits such as exercise or reading are added the same way.
How do I log a medication I take several times a day?
Add the same medication more than once, each with its own time, for example “Metformin” at 8 AM and again at 9 PM. Each dose appears separately with its own tick, so you always know which one you have taken.
What about a medication I only take on some days?
When adding it, leave only those weekdays on. For a medication taken on Saturday and Tuesday, switch the other days off and it will only be ready to tick off on the days you picked.
How do I turn reminder notifications on?
Tap “Enable reminder notifications” and allow notifications in your browser. From then on you get a reminder right on each item’s time. On your phone, if you have installed the site as an app, reminders arrive just like any other app.
Why are the ticks and water count cleared every night?
Because these are things you do each day and start over the next one. When the day changes, the water count goes back to zero and the ticks clear so you begin the new day fresh. Your medications, habits, and their settings are kept.
Where is my medication and health data kept?
Medication names and health data stay on your own device and are never sent to a server, so you set things up separately on your phone and your computer. The one exception is turning on reminder notifications: only the reminder times and days are stored so reminders can arrive on time.
How many glasses of water should I drink a day?
Roughly 6 to 8 glasses a day is a common recommendation, but it depends on your weight, activity level, and the weather. Set the daily goal here to whatever number works for you.
